May 19, 2012 - First 36.7 Race of 2012

The first day of racing was a huge success at the Belmont Circle! There were eight 36.7 on the line during one of the nicest Mays I can remember on the water.

Despite the fear of NATO, racing went off without a hitch and the race committee was able to get three races in!

Great start to the season. Results can be found at YachtScoring.

NATO and the Lake

Wondering what's going on with NATO and the Chicago Harbor system...check out the NATO Press Release which outlines in detail where boaters will and will not be able to go during the summit.

Please be sure to check back, as the 36.7 Fleet has our first one-design race on May 19, which may be effected.
